$35.00 per defendant served for each paper.

Writs of Execution or Attachment
$50.00 per business orindividual served.

Sheriff's Sales 
$200.00 prepayment required. Actual costs will be determined prior to the sale. The party requesting the sale will be responsible for paying these costs.

Writs of Execution or Attachments, and Sheriff's Sales will also require the additional payment for costs such as advertising, towing, storage, etc.

PAYMENT OF FEES WILL BE REQUIRED INADVANCE OF SERVICE.
